“ My go-to place. I’m only around the area twice a week and always come here first thing in the morning. The space itself is very cozy and “aesthetic”. The workers are so nice & she practically knows me lol I appreciate the cafe aspect of this place. It’s open at 8am which is great for people who got work around the area. As someone who’s not a coffee person, I appreciate their selections of tea and hot chocolates. I’ve tried many of their drinks and they’ve all been great. I mainly come here for their drinks. The food is also delicious and portions are plentiful for the price. I’ve had the menemen (Turkish breakfast), chicken gyro platter, and the bowl which all comes with bread and everything has been so delicious. ”

“ DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT IF YOU ARE TAKING A TRIP TO STATEN ISLAND!!! If you are visiting and wanted to take the free ferry to take pictures of the statue of liberty, make a stop at this restaurant before you decide to head back. It is a few short blocks from where the ferry drops you off, and they have literally the best chicken gyro I have ever had in my life. Absoultely packed with flavorful chicken, fries and pickles. On top of that, the staff is extremely friendly and offered me extra tzatziki sauce cups. The spot itself is nice, quiet and pleasant. I absolutely recommend trying this excellent turkish spot before heading back to Manhattan. ”
“ Came here for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The first thing that caught my eye were the decorations; I loved the vibes here. Ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and Turkish tea. The sandwich had tons of egg and tomato which was delicious and the tea was great too! I was so hungry I forgot to take a photo of it. The lady at the front was very nice and helped direct me to the bus stop afterwards. Great place right by St. George, will definitely stop by next time I’m in Staten Island. ”
